The staff were warm, especially towards
Our child. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, while the breakfast options were freshly made. There were a few hiccups with the water temperature in the shower that could use improvement.

The room itself was great modern with balcony and had the things we needed. The location was particularly good and incredible, not too far away from a hilltop Romanesque cathedral.

A modern and incredible hotel in a FANTASTIC setting with a wide array of little extras.

Air conditioning failed to cool the room effectively during a warm stay. Stepping structure posed minor inconvenience. Noise from the bathroom ventilation could be managed by closing sliding doors, but at times it was disruptive. Overall comfort slightly impacted by these aspects.

The hotel's location near the river makes it convenient for exploring the nearby attractions, and we loved the cozy atmosphere of our room.
The bathroom had a musty odor, quite unwelcoming despite the provision of a small dehumidifier that didn't seem to work effectively.

Upon arrival, the friendly staff immediately, especially with our young child. We enjoyed the beautifully decorated duplex, with a comfortable bed and a nice setup for our little one. The homemade pastries left for late arrivals were a good surprise. It's worth noting that the staff's availability is limited to pre-afternoon hours for any assistance, and the shower temperature was sometimes inconsistent. Parking was convenient, and the location offered easy access to local attractions.
